I bought 2 cuffs that looked like double cuffs, $35 each; with shipping, $87.11. When delivered I paid another $21.40 in duty. With the currency exchange I ended up paying $132.66.
Upon opening the package, there were 2 single skinny bracelets, not at all what the picture had shown.
I wouldn’t have minded paying the money if I had at least received what the picture depicted.
Canadians should be told that there will be duty payable and make a price adjustment in advance to compensate for the rate of exchange.
To clarify for future customers: each item purchased is one double-sided cuff bracelet, with both phrases hand-stamped on a single cuff, as shown in the listing photos and description. Your order of two resulted in two cuffs, which is what was shipped.
Import duties, taxes, and currency exchange rates are set by the destination country and carrier and are not collected or controlled by my shop. These fees are assessed by Canadian customs upon delivery.
