Fulfillment and Return Policies

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing before shipment. Tracking information will be provided within 10 days. 

Please keep in mind that all of our products are handmade, so there will be variations and discrepancies between what you receive and what is shown on the website. Fonts are regularly cycled, so you may receive an item with a different font than pictured.

For custom or personalized jewelry, visit our Custom Orders page - all products are eligible for customization. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on customized or personalized orders will be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order leaves my hands and is scanned by USPS/UPS, it is officially in the carrier’s care. Packages marked as delivered by USPS/UPS are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.

We know it sucks when mail goes sideways, but we don’t have control over USPS/UPS handling once an order ships. We do not have a super-secret phone number to call or any special information, what you know from the tracking number is the same as what we know. If an issue occurs after delivery confirmation, the recipient will need to work directly with USPS/UPS to resolve it.

For peace of mind, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or selecting insured shipping when available.
