Custom Orders
Custom ordering is super easy! Please carefully read the following instructions and guidelines before placing your order. Also, allow 7-14 business days for order creation and fulfillment - Profound Sass is often on the road traveling for events and can only fulfill custom orders when at the home studio.
Ordering Instructions
Step 1: Adding the right product and customization fee
- Find the product with the material, width, and font that you want
- Add to Cart!
- Find the Customization Fee listing
- Select the # of sides you want customized
- Add to Cart!
For every custom product you order, another customization fee must be added.
Step 2: Customizing your item
At Checkout, you will find a Order Special Instructions box. Within that box, indicate what you want stamped on your custom item.
For cuffs or bar necklaces, indicate Front) TEXT Back) TEXT
For the vertical, 4-sided bars, indicate Side 1) TEXT Side 2) TEXT Side 3) TEXT Side 4) TEXT
- Side 1 = the front of the necklace
- Side 3 = the BACK of the necklace
If you'd like a side to be left blank, just say BLANK (blank sides are free)
Step 3: Checkout :)

Limitations:
Character limits are based on a combination of factors, including space and (my) time constraints. For cuffs, every set of (up to) 25 characters is another "side" you'll need to add to your cart. All other max character limitations are firm and cannot be adjusted.
MAX number of characters (including spaces):
- Cuff bracelet: 25
- Horizontal bar necklace: 20
- Vertical drop pendant: 10
- Horizontal spinning pendant: 8
- Ring: 20
- Keychain: dependent upon design, roughly 25
